That is it… After almost 2 months spent in the mountains or the high plateau in Bolivia and Peru (excluding the short pause at the Ballestas Islands) we are, for good now, back to sea level, in Lima, Peru capital.
We spend there 3 days before flying to our next continent, Central America.
In Lima, we don’t stay at the hostel as we are being hosted by a couch surfer, Miguel, (see www.couchsurfing.org) in the Churillos district, 2 blocks away from the beach and 20 min away from Lima centre by bus.
Except the visit of the historic center (that we will talk about in a different post) we went out with Arena, Miguel’s dog, to enjoy Lima beaches… This dog is so big, that people usually prefer to walk way from us in the street.
Below are the photos on Churillos beach:
Blog you soon from the center of Lima.
